You graduated, got a good job, an apartment, a car.  Your Insta looks amazing—friends, travel, partying!  Everyone thinks you've got it all going on, but secretly you worry that they’ll figure out the truth—you have no idea where you’re headed right now. You are right where you are supposed to be, even though it sometimes feels like shit (therapy expression—I went to grad school for that). Therapy will help you take a step back and re-evaluate what is working and what isn't.

You will get tools to manage the stress, and to communicate with the people who are important to you.  You can clarify your goals, and create a plan to reach them. My clients create goals in the first session and right away begin on the path to creating the unique life that will bring them joy and meaning. I think you’re ready.
